The packaging is black reflective casing with clear windows showing the shadows, the lid has a strip of mirror, which is not very useful for doing a full face, but if you only want to use it for the eyes then it could work. There is also a clear sheet of plastic containing the numbers of each shadows which is handy if you ever need to name the shadows, the sheet also helps to protect them from getting messy. It also contains 2 double-sided sponge applicators.
The palette ranges in colours from neutral shadows, to pastel blues and gree
ns. There are also some golds, pinks, purples and terracotta colours.
The majority of the shadows that i've used blend easily and are soft and not chalky to use.
They have a good pigmentation, I have included a picture of a sample of
swatches, however I do not think the picture gives the shadows justice. All shadows swatched were used with Urban Decay Primer Potion.
Another amazing aspect of this product is the price. I purchased this product in a small beauty supply shop, when i saw it i was amazed by the price and had to buy it. It cost me £5.00, which is fantastic considering there i
s 77 shadow's in the palette and they are of such a good quality.
If you like the Coastal Scents 88 Palette's i would definantly recommend giving this product a try, i know it can be found on amazon for a similar price (i've actutally seen it for less on amazon).
Overall, this is an excellent palette and it's great for beginners who don't want to spend a lot of money on shadows that will take up alot of space.
Thanks for reading.
